Cancellation Fee:
We understand that things can happen leading to cancellations. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note if 24-hour notice is not provided a $100 fee will be charged.
Estimations
Estimations are either given after viewing the home in person or pictures of the home are submitted. Estimates are NOT guaranteed pricing.
Payment
Payment is to be given IN FULL after service is complete. We accept a few different forms of payment, these being the following checks, cash, and Venmo. Failure to pay on time will result in a $10 per day fee.
Satisfaction
We strive to meet all of your standards you have for your home's cleanliness. If you see something that does not meet your standards after cleaning is complete, we kindly ask you to contact us within 24 hours. We will do everything in our power to satisfy you with your service. We will not be able to accommodate you if it is out of the 24-hour window.
Home Readiness
To ensure a high-quality cleaning service I ask all homes to be properly prepared before my arrival.
-All toys and laundry shall be picked up; we do not pick up toys or clothing.
-Bathroom counters and showers cleared as much as possible
-Remove any valuable items you would like to not be moved
-All dirty dishes are out of sink and not on the counter
Valuable Items
Dusting comes with all services, but we will NOT pick up items to dust underneath items unless requested to do so. This is to ensure we do not break valuable items.
Vacancy of Property
We ask that the property is vacant while cleaning. If this is not possible there's no worry, we simply ask that while cleaning services are being performed you wait until we are finished cleaning the full room.
Laundry
We do NOT provide laundry services. If you would like us to switch out laundry while cleaning, we will do so. We will NOT fold or put away any laundry after it is cleaned.
Changing Sheets
We offer to change sheets upon request as long as there are new clean ones provided on the bed you would like changed.
Construction Cleans:
We ask all big construction debris is picked up and disposed of. We kindly ask that all personnel are finished in the home before we start our clean. This is to ensure safety of our cleaners as well as to ensure you get the best final clean. If work is not completed at time of scheduled clean, we ask you contact us and reschedule.
Deep Cleans:
With deep cleans we provide cleaning under furniture as well as appliances. Please keep in mind this is limited, if a couch, bed or appliance is far past our ability to move we will not move it. This is to ensure our safety as well as your furniture and appliances.
